Synopsis

Bernice (Vice Ganda) & Detty (Ai-Ai Delas Alas) are half siblings who have been separated during childhood but crossed each other's paths again. Detty’s wealthy family refused to extend any help Bernice’s family due to the revelation of the patriarch's infidelity. Years later, Bernice has become a wealthy and successful businessman dubbed as "the lord of apparels". But his abrasive personality and rudeness to co-workers has led to the resignation of his 374th assistant. This loss prompts his company to look for the new assistant and incidentally, Detty, who badly needs a job, walks into the building. Realizing that he is hiring his half-sister, Bernice accepts Detty as his executive assistant without Detty knowing the truth. For Detty, the job is for her daughters. But for Bernice, it’s payback time.
Meanwhile, the main rival of Bernice’s company is currently posing as very strong competition. Headed by the eccentric yet equally brilliant & talented Roselle (Kris Aquino) the contention gets tougher, and a string of events lead to the two company heads fighting over the once expendable Detty.
